Peanut Butter Pudding Pie (No-Bake) is the creamiest pie ever and so quick and easy to make too – ideal as a potluck or everyday dessert
No-Bake pies are popular all over the world. This Peanut Butter Pudding Pie has to be one of the easiest and quickest desserts I put together at the last minute.
The Pie does take a little time to set enough in order for you to slice it, but other than that, the quick mixing and finishing off only takes a couple of minutes.
During the week I do my menu daily, that is Monday to Thursday. But I like to have my menu and shopping list ready for the weekend on a Friday morning.
I usually go to the stores only once a week, and that is on a Friday. I make the daily lists and my husband will pick it up on his way home.
This is where these go-to-desserts come in very handy, I just about always have everything on hand for this Peanut Butter Pie !
Therefore if my hubby is running late on a certain day, I can at least have the dessert ready and all I need to make is dinner when he gets home, which would be something quick and easy as well.
The Pie slices fairly well, but not as perfect as I’d like and I really do not want to add gelatin or some such thing to give it more of a set look.
This Pie is definitely more for the pure indulgence of creamy Peanut Butter delight and the ease of making than it’s looks.

I can not wait to make this no bake dessert, it is so simple, I love peanut butter and jelly it is my favorite. It is a wonderful idea to added both to a no bake dessert, it is no hassle, just three simple ingredients no heat required. Won't take hours to bake. I can't wait until I make one, I will add chocolate to mines along with the peanut butter and jelly.
