Creamy Oreo Dessert (a.k.a Chocolate Lasagna) – This is the easiest, creamiest Oreo Dessert EVER and perfect to take to a family gathering or party.
I never actually bought Oreos for myself, the kids asked for some now and then but other than on those occasions I did not know much about these cookies. Not just a cookie to dip in a glass of milk, oh no !
In this Creamy Oreo Dessert, the cookies are used as the crust. It gives my very trusting Tennis biscuit crust a good run.
To be honest, I would not be able to choose just one, as the one biscuit is as versatile as the other.
I have made cupcakes with Oreos inside or on the bottom. Used them in frostings, crusts as with this recipe, in a type of candy and a lot of other goodies.
But, all this started only a few months ago when I started using Pinterest and began looking into the idea of starting a blog of my own.
This is most definitely one of the MOST creamiest and easiest desserts ever ! And perfect to take with to a family gathering. (mind to keep it chilled though).
I would play around with the thickness of the Oreo crust. Sometimes a thin crust and when I am in the mood, I will double the quantity of cookies and Butter and make a thicker crust.
