Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie is extremely quick and easy to prepare and about 30 minutes in the oven ! This Pie is delicious served with all the normal trimmings which go with a Cheeseburger !
With all the upcoming holidays (and birthdays!) in the next few weeks, I am quite busy baking and somehow trying to fill our cookie tins, but cookies do not last long in our house.
Therefore, I tend to go for quick, easy, yet still delicious and filling, dinner ideas during the week. This Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger is very high up on my list, as well as a family favorite.
The hardest part really is cooking the Ground Beef and I mean, how long does that take ? Not longer than the time it takes for the oven to heat up to the correct temperature anyways.
I try to serve different sides with this Easy Cheeseburger Pie, in order for everyone to not get bored with the pie anytime soon.
We like the ease and no-fuss about the recipe way too much for them stopping to ask for it!
I could not find any Bisquick Mix in our stores, but there are tons of recipes on the internet to make your own (also helpful if you have just run out of some).
Crispy on the outside, with a slightly chewy top, side and a bit of a crust. The filling is simple and you can add a can of chopped tomatoes, or sauteed Green Bell Pepper to the Beef mixture as well.
When it comes to Cheese, I say .. no rules ! If you like more or less, use the quantity you prefer.
We are cheesy people, and I usually use a lot more, but I think the recipe is a fair indication of the in-the-middle-kind-of-taste.
Serve the Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie with anything you would normally have on an actual cheeseburger (my own favorites : avocado and sliced pickles!)

This is such a simple, "go to" recipe. I've made this with ground turkey and it comes out just as well!
