Strawberry Cheesecake Dip with only 4 Ingredients ! 3 minutes to make, some chilling time .. and you have a delicious dip for biscuits, cookies, wafers and fruit !

Only four ingredients in this Strawberry Cheesecake Dip and it only takes 2 – 3 minutes to prepare !

Certainly very do-able just before dinner and by the time dinner is finished, the chilling time should be enough to have firm up the dip.

We are huge fans of dips, whether it is sweet or savory, we will have it.

One mistake I always seem to make though, is to make too little dip and I then get these stares from the family, like “..really..?? that’s it?..”

Either way, whether I make a double batch or the usual family size, it never seems to be enough.

I like to use Strawberry Jam in the dip to add sweetness, instead of the usual Icing Sugar.

But if I have no Jam on hand I would use the Icing Sugar which also tends to thicken the dip a little more. Just mind that you serve firm biscuits or cookies if the dip is thicker.

The best Strawberries to use, are the ones that are almost over ripe as they are a little softer and also a bit sweeter. (great way to use up that little punnet you forgot about in the back of the refrigerator!)
